Curry in a not so hurry
Curry happened. I did a little test and just made everything in the one pan. Cauliflower with turmeric first, then the pappadums, then the curry. I dunno, it all tasted great and there is enough for lunch pies tomorrow. I'm not cleaning up and it's only 8pm so I should be pleased.
