It looks god awful doesn't it? Truth be told these rissoles were a flashback to my 1980's adolescence. Very tasty retro meal. With yummy left overs for the next day.
I seem to only buy mince these days - beef, lamb, chicken, pork and am CONSTANTLY making balls of some description!
