Day 38

Mexicano

After their disastrous Mexican takeaway the other night, Alan and Hope were not super keen to have Mexican again so soon. With mum out this evening it is my policy to have a spicy meal and we miraculously had all we needed for a taco feast. Everything except a working oven to heat up the shells. I opted for soft tortillas and organic corn chips instead. We all made our own version of nachos with a good dash of lime. Lovely evening.
