Pork Chow Mein was a disaster, no one enjoyed this one.just not enough flavor, tough meat and no sauce. Maybe this very Anglo version just wasn't to our taste. Next week I'm going to cook Charmaine Solomon's chicken chow Mein to compare the two recipes. Blech.
