Hump day
The ancient Greek philosopher Epicurous believed that happiness could be found in life's simple pleasures: working hard,surrounding yourself with family and friends and eating well. I know this because contemporary philosopher Alain de Botton told me so. Today I won tickets to meet him so perhaps we can chat about all matters epicurean. salad tonight was great - homemade garlic croutons, bocconcini, homegrown cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and some leaves. The schnitzel was a disaster, so over it. No more crumbling for me for at least three weeks - you heard it here first.
