A study in Brown
Yeah there it is. The crumbed chicken tenderloins strike again. This week I coated them with panko breadcrumbs mixed with dried oregano and parmesan. The maple carrots reappeared due to popular demand, the corn ditto. The potatoes were cubed and cooked in butter and bacon until crispy and rested on bitter greens to soak up the sauciness. I snuck in chermoula just to spice them up a bit. Everyone is so weary today, we've all had our individual burdens to bear and dinner was quiet as we all processed our experiences. We will all retire to the couch now to share a packet of tim tams and cups of tea.
