Pork and apples
We are having unseasonably cool weather for this time of year. A pork roast with gravy, crackling and 3 veg is the last thing to be cooking in the height of the Australian summer but with a definite chill in the air I went that extra mile and made apple pie too! My daughter has been making beautiful citrus cordials lately so we bought some mineral water and made our own pop with her fantastic pink grapefruit and lemon concoction. I plan to be in bed by 930 tonight, desperate for a big sleep.
Our tree yielded THREE apples so I'm going to make something with them tomorrow. I'm yawning too!
