Day 2

Public holiday. Very hot.

Lamb leg done on the BBQ. Potato salad and green salad.
Dessert was a treat.
Homemade vanilla apricot swirl ice-cream
Churned in my bright yellow machine
incorporating jam from delicious backyard fruit
from my best friend Beck.
Very hot today and tempers are frayed.
