Kind of takeaway
Boy it was hot today. My beloved roasted a pork belly portion on the bbq and we ordered a salad and coconut rice around the corner from our local Thai restaurant (100 metres from our house). The Thai salad is great as it comes with egg, tofu and peanut sauce which makes it very substantial. The rice is cheap and no clean up is a bonus I'm full a good food and after a lovely Sunday crafting (not cooking!) ready for a cuppa tea. Mum is home tomorrow so I'll need to shift gears a little in the kitchen.
