Takeaway
I got lucky last night, no cooking! I forgot to take a photo of course. On the left you can see my mothers handwriting. With great care she writes down what we all want and the corresponding number in the menu. I had a warm calamari salad with mint. Alan had a similar dish with prawns. Mum went for a lovely prawn curry and Hope had rice noodles with beef and vegetables. Can you imagine the amount of prep and then washing up it would take to recreate these meals? We did share our dishes a little and all enjoyed it. Perfect for watching Australian Open tennis.
